Overview
Ahoy is an asymmetrical board game of exploration and territory control, for 2 to 4 players, set in a pirate universe. Each player embodies a unique faction, with different objectives, abilities, and play styles: the Scale Squadron, the Mollusk Union, or one of the two Smugglers, all in search of glory. The first two factions rely on a majority mechanic, while the Smugglers use a pickup and delivery mechanic.

Remarks
A slightly lighter game, from Leder Games (Root, Arcs, Oath, etc.), a publishing house that I really like! (I think you already know that ;)) This confrontation game is intended to be a lighter and more accessible version than the games we are used to from this publisher, but which still seems to offer a certain depth. Leder Games is promoting it on social networks these days, since three new expansions (Fang & Fortune, Treasure Pack et Rival & Renegades), adding a new type of cards, treasures, and new factions, are coming to the market. This caught my attention, as you can see 😉
