\u200bFromage<\/a> est un jeu de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 strat\u00e9gique, con\u00e7u par Ben Rosset (The Search for Planet X<\/a>), d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 et publi\u00e9 par Jeffrey Chin & Andrew Nerger (Canvas<\/a>), o\u00f9 les joueurs incarnent des fromagers fran\u00e7ais du d\u00e9but du XX\u1d49 si\u00e8cle, s’effor\u00e7ant de produire, affiner et vendre des fromages artisanaux pour acqu\u00e9rir du prestige.

Le jeu repose sur un m\u00e9canisme de placement d’ouvriers, o\u00f9 tout le monde joue en m\u00eame temps ! Les participants placent leurs ouvriers pour collecter des ressources et fabriquer du fromage dans le quadrant du plateau qui leur fait face. Apr\u00e8s chaque manche, il faut faire une rotation du plateau d’un quadrant, simulant ainsi le vieillissement des fromages en cours d’affinage. Cette rotation oblige les joueurs \u00e0 anticiper et ajuster leurs plans \u00e0 chaque tour, rendant le jeu dynamique, engageant et vraiment tr\u00e8s amusant. Chaque section du plateau propose diff\u00e9rents mini-jeux comme la recherche de majorit\u00e9, la cr\u00e9ation de paires de fromages, l’occupation d’\u00e9tag\u00e8res vari\u00e9es ou la maximisation de fromages adjacents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Premi\u00e8res impressions<\/strong>
D\u00e9couvert r\u00e9cemment pendant une soir\u00e9e apr\u00e8s-ski au chalet entre amis, le jeu nous a tellement plu que nous avons fait une nouvelle partie d\u00e8s le lendemain matin.
Le jeu offre un visuel assez particulier, assez imposant, avec cette grande roue qui nous rappelle un grand plateau de fromage. Ce plateau est utilis\u00e9 comme une Lazy Susan (Planet Unknown<\/a>), il faut le tourner entre chaque manche d’un quart de tour. Dans la version de base, il n’y a pas de Lazy Susan pour le faire tourner, elle vient avec la Limited Edition et j’avoue que \u00e7a manque, l’exp\u00e9rience doit \u00eatre d\u00e9finitivement plus agr\u00e9able avec ce m\u00e9canisme. J’ai donc kickstart\u00e9 l’extension en version Limited qui fournit ce m\u00e9canisme \ud83d\ude09

Sinon, le jeu, sans \u00eatre trop compliqu\u00e9 offre quand m\u00eame plusieurs choix int\u00e9ressants et parfois d\u00e9chirants. Il faut bien planifier car certains travailleurs que nous allons placer ne nous reviendront que 2 ou 3 manches plus tard (rappelant les m\u00e9caniques de Tzolkin<\/a> et Barrage<\/a>). Les 4 petits jeux pr\u00e9sents sur les quadrants ne sont pas compliqu\u00e9s mais plus la partie avance, plus c’est compliqu\u00e9 de placer ces fromages car l’espace devient restreint en plus des restrictions de couleurs d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sentes.

C’est super amusant de tourner le plateau et de voir combien de fromagers seront disponibles pour la nouvelle manche, et de d\u00e9couvrir les choix qu’il nous reste. On doit garder un \u0153il bien s\u00fbr sur les autres sections du plateau pour coordonner nos actions et essayer de bloquer nos adversaires. Le choix graphique est particulier mais tr\u00e8s bien r\u00e9ussi. J’aime les petites descriptions suppl\u00e9mentaires des fromages m\u00eame si je n’ai pas encore pris le temps de tout les lire.

On a le go\u00fbt de prendre un petit vin et fromage en jouant, on va essayer \u00e7a prochainement :). Le jeu est super bien r\u00e9ussi, rapide et efficace qui va plaire \u00e0 beaucoup de gens (exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s ou non). Pour ma part, c’est une bonne claque ludique car je ne m’attendais pas \u00e0 autant de fun en y jouant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FAITS SUR LE JEU <\/strong>
Des erreurs se sont gliss\u00e9es dans le nom des fromages, un utilisateur de BGG \u00e0 sugg\u00e9rer ces corrections : https:\/\/boardgamegeek.com\/thread\/3427941\/name-improvements-for-reprint <\/a>

Il y a des fautes dans l’appelation des noms de fromage : Pont-l’\u00e9<\/strong>v\u00eaque<\/em> s’\u00e9crit sans majuscule au \u00e9 (sinon c’est le nom de la ville, pas le fromage) ; pareil pour Brillat-s<\/strong>avarin<\/em> (sinon c’est le nom de famille), Saint-n<\/strong>ectaire<\/em>, et Saint-p<\/strong>aulin<\/em>, et \u00c9<\/strong>poisses prend un accent aigu.

Fromage de Meaux<\/em> : il n’existe pas de fromage portant ce nom. Il y a le Brie de Meaux<\/em> mais il y a d\u00e9j\u00e0 une carte Brie<\/em>\u2026 Ma suggestion pour une r\u00e9impression : remplacer Fromage de Meaux<\/em><\/del> par Brie de Meaux<\/em>, et Brie<\/em><\/del> par Brie de Melun<\/em> (qui sont les deux types de brie enregistr\u00e9s).

Compar\u00e9 \u00e0 toutes les autres cartes, Ch\u00e8vre<\/em> me semble un peu \u00e0 part car trop g\u00e9n\u00e9rique (cela signifie goat (cheese)<\/em>, et un tiers des fromages fran\u00e7ais enregistr\u00e9s sont au lait de ch\u00e8vre). D’apr\u00e8s le dessin sur la carte, ne devrait-ce pas \u00eatre Sainte-maure-de-touraine<\/em> ?

Cantal jeune<\/em> est un sous-type de cantal, donc c’est \u00e9trange d’avoir deux cartes diff\u00e9rentes. Cependant, il existe deux types de cantal enregistr\u00e9s : Cantal jeune<\/em> et Cantal affin\u00e9<\/em>, donc pour une r\u00e9impression je sugg\u00e8re simplement d’ajouter affin\u00e9<\/em> \u00e0 la carte Cantal<\/em> actuelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EXTENSION : FRAMAGGIO <\/strong>
Une extension est en pr\u00e9paration appel\u00e9e Fromaggio, qui rajoute une touche italienne au jeu, notamment du vin. 4 nouveaux quadrants pourront \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s :
– Associez votre fromage avec des vins au Vigneto (vignoble).
– Vendez du fromage aux restaurants le long des canaux de Venezia (Venise).
– Distribuez du fromage \u00e0 travers les Regioni (r\u00e9gions) d’Italie.
– D\u00e9posez du fromage \u00e0 la Banca (banque). (Oui, il existe vraiment une banque en Italie qui accepte le fromage !)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
